We are looking for an experienced and capable bookkeeper or accountant. This is a hands-on accounting position and someone who wants to own this position will be successful. Salary is commensurate to experience and please apply if you are a qualified candidate. This a full time position.

Responsibilities:
- Bookkeeping duties, including but not limited to: create invoices, enter bill, AP, AR, maintaining general ledgers, Journal entries, and preparing financial statements
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data
- Prepare and analyze financial reports monthly
- Assist with tax preparation and compliance activities
- Process payroll using third-party payroll system, record payroll Journal entries, and maintain employee records
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow
- Maintain an organized system for documentation and record keeping
- Collaborate with external auditors during annual audits

Skills:
- Proficient in corporate accounting principles and practices
- Strong knowledge of double-entry bookkeeping
- Ability to write clear and concise financial reports
- Excellent 10-key typing skills for accurate data entry
- Experience with account reconciliation processes
- Familiarity with debits, credits, and general ledger entries
- Understanding of tax regulations and compliance requirements
- Solid grasp of financial concepts and analysis techniques
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
