Position Summary:
A Dispatcher is responsible for the coordination of the utilization of drivers, trucks, and containers to create capacity, maximize productivity, and ensure prompt, courteous, and efficient service to all customers.
Reports to: Operations Manager
Our team is growing, and we’re looking for our next problem-solving Dispatcher. We’re looking for an organized dispatcher to help our growing customer base and field team prioritize service calls. You'll be responsible for preparing work schedules and handling customer requests and complaints. You’ll also communicate with field units and customers using two-way radios, telephones, and messaging apps. You have data entry experience, basic computer skills, and excellent interpersonal skills. Compensation:$50,000 - $65,000 yearly DOE
