Purpose Statement:

The Print Operator Lead will set up, adjust, and operate all relevant equipment to produce quality finished products that meet customer specifications, and completed in accordance with Company policies and procedures.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Must be willing to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and be hands on.
• Willing to learn large & grand format ink jet printers.
• Interest in the art and/or print manufacturing industry.
• Must pay attention to detail.
• Must have computer skills.
• Position is for a standard Monday to Friday shift but must have flexibility to also works nights and occasional weekends.
• Flexibility to workdays surrounding the holidays such as Black Friday, Christmas Eve etc.
• Must stay up to date in print ques and check reporting through the panel.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Direct team to complete establish goals/production for the day.

• 1-2 yr. experience

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to perform extensive standing, walking, and climbing.
• Must be able to lift up to 75-lb rolls of print media and be on feet operating print equipment for a full shift.
• Must be able to bend, stoop, and climb to reach materials (must be able to climb a ladder)
• Substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers.
