Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Concierge Operations and Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team in New York City. This pivotal role involves overseeing daily operations, leading business development efforts, and enhancing the overall service quality we deliver. The ideal candidate will be a passionate leader, committed to fostering strong client relationships, driving growth, and maintaining the highest standards of hospitality.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a team of front desk concierges, ensuring exceptional service delivery that meets and exceeds our clients’ expectations.
  • Build and maintain long-term, meaningful relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities; collaborate with the marketing and business development teams to implement strategies that expand our market presence.
  • Oversee the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding process for new team members.
  • Respond promptly and efficiently to emergency situations.
  • Enhance operational procedures, collaborating with HR, training departments, and other internal teams to streamline processes and improve service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated leadership skills with a high emotional quotient (EQ) and a proactive, growth-oriented mindset.
  • Strong background in operations management within the hospitality, hotel, or multifamily industries.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with an ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding operational and business development goals.
  • Ability to travel as required for business needs.
  • Superior time management and project management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
