Our award-winning design team continues to grow! We are currently looking for a Project Architect who has a minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial architecture to join us! This role is a tremendous career opportunity for an architect who wants to have an integral role at a smaller firm where they can directly impact all facets of the schematic, design development, construction document and construction administration phases of architecture. Project activities will include:

• Schematic design (hand drawing, AutoCAD/Revit, 3D modeling)
• Design development drawings (AutoCAD/Revit);
• Scopes of work (Word/Excel);
• Construction drawings (AutoCAD/Revit);
• Specifications (BSD SpecLink);
• Client meetings and presentations; and
• Coordination of engineers (contracts and work product).

To be considered for this position, the candidate must possess the following minimum experience, skills and abilities:

• At least 10 years of similar architectural project experience required (similar in scope to what has been described above). Corporate, financial and retail experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s (B.Arch) or Master’s (M.Arch) degree in Architecture.
• Architectural registration and/or NCARB certification preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of Revit with the ability to organize and set up project files and libraries as the Revit Lead for Eclipse. All candidates must have the technical ability, leadership skills, and willingness to transition our architectural team from AutoCAD to Revit software.
