We are looking for an Assistant Store Lead with exceptional sales and customer service skills. We will only consider applicants with Women's Fashion or Gift Retail experience. We have fun and we work hard. You will be a wearer of many hats, helping customers one minute and checking in, steaming, tagging shipment the next. Personality should be geared towards training and motivating staff in a fun positive, team oriented way. Must be able to be on your feet for 8 hours and lift at least 30lbs. Day to Day operations, cleaning, merchandising.. they are all on the list. Must be a multi tasker that thrives in a fast paced, ever changing environment. Core Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of store operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and employee scheduling
- Ensure that the store is properly stocked with merchandise and that inventory levels are maintained
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Train and supervise employees to ensure that they are providing excellent customer service
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and expenses
- Manage schedule

Requirements:
- Previous experience in fashion retail management or a related field preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate employees to achieve goals
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and employees
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings until 6pm and weekends
