POSITION OVERVIEW

Appearance Solutions is seeking an experienced automotive Window Tinter to join our team. We are looking for someone experienced and able to adapt to a wide range of vehicles. Appearance Solutions is Sacramento's premier automotive shop specializing in Paint Protection Film ("Clear Bra"), Ceramic Paint Coatings, and Ceramic Window Tinting services. The clients we serve have high expectations, and it is the responsibility of the Window Tinter to deliver a professional, high-quality finish. This is a full time position with benefits.

DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Clean and prepare vehicles for tint

· Meet our high standards without direct or continual supervision

· Review the quality of the finished product and make necessary corrections, if needed

· Demonstrate behaviors consistent with Appearance Solutions’ core values in all interactions with customers, co-workers, and visitors

· Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards

REQUIREMENTS

· Enjoys the automotive industry

· Keen attention to detail

· Works well independently and as part of a team

· Works well under pressure and can meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment

· Willing to work late and/or come in early to meet client expectations and deadlines

· Valid California Driver's License (must have a clean DMV record and reliable transportation)

· High school diploma or equivalent

· At least 18 years old, and authorized to work in the U.S.

COMPENSATION:

· $30-$35 / hour (DOE)

· Discretionary bonuses based on performance

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

· Our hours of operation are Monday-Friday (8:00am - 5pm) (overtime available, as needed)

· Saturday and/or Sunday (rarely, as needed)
