We're looking for a strong self starter with 5 years of field experience in HVAC service to join our team!

QUALIFICATIONS :

• 5 years minimum field experience with residential HVAC service (not including school).
• Proficient in mechanical and diagnostic skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Have a positive attitude.
• Must be able to write and speak English clearly.
• Have the ability to use smartphones, tablets, and computers.
• EPA certification required, NATE certification a plus.
• Must have physical stamina / capability to perform manual labor and lift heavy equipment and / or tools necessary for the job.
• Valid Drivers License with clean driving record.
• Agree to drug testing.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Enjoy working with customers and provide excellent customer service.
• Provide estimates.
• Maintain regular working hours and be on rotating on-call duty.
• Assist in other business functions as needed.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
