Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Instructor to join our team. As an Instructor, you will be responsible for providing educational and engaging experiences for our students who are learning to play the piano. If you have a passion for teaching and enjoy working with students of all ages, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and curriculum
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Provide individualized instruction based on students' needs and abilities
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians
- Teach both private and group lessons
Requirements
- Previous experience working with students teaching piano
- Knowledge of curriculum development principles and practices
- Familiarity with special education strategies and techniques
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles
- Tutoring experience is beneficial
