Operations Lead/Project manager

To be successful in this role, you'll be able to rapidly adapt and learn how to operate the front and back end of new products and processes.

Requirements:

• Identify and solve problems in real time - collaborate with the senior leadership team to create solutions for problems as they arise across all aspects of our operations (e.g. supply, economics, driver growth, marketing, customer support)
• Managing project timelines and deliverables related to clients needs, ensuring that all operations align with standards of innovation and efficiency.
• Successfully execute onboarding and launches of new partners, coordinating with cross-functional teams while utilizing CostPoint
• Provide coordination of week-to-week progress of the program – including (but not limited to) status reporting and aggregate timelines
• Aggregates weekly reporting across technical and business workstreams and support providers
• Provides recurring and ad-hoc consolidated views and surfaces key insights for executive decision making across key forums
• Support ad-hoc needs for Senior Leadership program team and relevant workstreams – including defining strategies, coordinating planning and execution, defining processes for the program and for the future business

Highly Preferred:

• MS / MA in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, Program Management, or other related disciplines.
• Project Management Professional Certification.
• Atlassian Certified Expert
