Busy construction office seeks accounting professional to manage all accounts payable for $25 million company. Must have construction AP experience. Duties will in include matching invoices to backup PO's and packing slips. Balancing credit cards, contacting vendors for invoices, making payments online, with checks and credit card payments, light filing, typing 35 WPM minimum. Backup phones, backup payroll data entry, proofing estimates, Lien law basic knowledge is a plus. Comfortable, family oriented office atmosphere.

Must have great references, be able to pass drug testing and background check.
