Warehouse Production Assistant

$18 - $25 / hour

Rebath of Colorado Springs, one of the Nations largest bathroom remodelers is growing and hiring for several positions. The role of the Warehouse/Apprentice Installer is to support and assist the production team in a variety of capacities. The right candidate for this position will have a wide range of skills and knowledge in areas of the construction trade, as well as warehouse duties are required. The position as Warehouse-Production Assistant is responsible for supporting the installation team by managing the warehouse, inventory, staging materials for jobs, and maintaining order among the many jobs and stock materials ready for installation. The Production Assistant is to manage, evaluate, and help improve Production systems to ensure the company is exceeding its client's expectations through smooth-running warehouse processes that support the Installers' performance of timely, clean, and high-quality work. Frequent communication with the project coordinator and installation manager to ensure job materials are accurate and ready for installation. Other tasks may include: Maintaining warehouse, receiving goods, and updating tracking systems. Operating a forklift, picking up materials from local vendors, and occasionally dropping off products to job sites. 
This position is crucial to the flow of our daily operations, and the success of our production team. Materials for jobs must be accurately organized, staged and ready for installation.

Responsibilities

• Keep warehouse neat and organized
• Update the receiving of products to our tracking system
• Maintaining a high standard of customer service and customer relationships.
• General construction aptitude for job site measures
• Working in a neat and orderly manner while in customers' homes
• Travel to and from our vendors and suppliers
• Stage materials for job installation
• Monitor inventory of stocked items and materials
• Provide assistance to installers in the field

Qualifications

• Must take pride in workmanship never shortcutting the process
• Experienced Fork Lift Operator
• Computer skills needed for warehouse activity
