Artisan Dental is looking for a Front Office Receptionist to join our team. The person we are looking for would be responsible for greeting patients, answering phones, and providing occasional back office support. The ideal applicant should have great customer service, be computer literate, organized, detailed, and have the ability to multi-task
Artisan Dental is a small dental pratice where team members are treated like family.
Pay is DOE and will be discussed at time of interview.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule and confirm patients appointments
- Enter patient data and information
- Collect payment from patients
- Verify insurance benefits
- Answer multi line phone system
- Be knowledgeable in various insurance plans, exclusions and limitations
- Breakdown and present a variety of treatment plans and discuss financial responsibilities with patients
- Complete all task and duties assigned to front office
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
