Job Description: As a CNC Operator/Programmer at Graphic House, Inc. you will play a crucial role in our production process. You will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machines, ensuring they run efficiently, accurately, and safely. You will work closely with engineering teams, read and interpret technical drawings and specifications, and use your programming skills to produce high-quality components and products.
Key Responsibilities:
Machine Setup: Safely set up CNC machines, including loading materials, tooling, and programming according to job requirements.
Programming: Create and edit CNC programs using industry-standard software, ensuring accurate and efficient production.
Production: Operate CNC machines to produce components and products based on engineering drawings and specifications.
Quality Control: Monitor and maintain quality standards, making necessary adjustments to ensure precision and accuracy in the production process.
Safety: Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols to prevent accidents and maintain a safe working environment.
Material Handling: Manage materials efficiently and handle scrap and waste materials according to company guidelines.
Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve machine or tooling issues to minimize downtime and maintain production efficiency.
Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members, including engineers and quality control personnel, to ensure the successful completion of projects.
Qualifications:
Work Schedule: Enjoy a four-day workweek, Monday through Thursday, with shifts from 6 am to 4:30 pm.
Wage: $20/hour
