Job Title : operating Room Nurse

Location: Carbondale, IL 62901

Duration : 13 Weeks Contract (extension possible)

Shift : 3/12's with on-call as needed. I can't promise block schedules, but we will try to accommodate when possible.

Job description:

• Assess patients to determine mental, physical, and spiritual needs.
• Assesses, plans, implements and evaluates an individual plan of care in collaboration with the multidisciplinary health care team.
• Provides explanations and instructions to patient/responsible person.
• Demonstrate ability to use nursing clinical judgment to recognize and report changes in patient condition.
• Contribute to a healthy workplace environment by managing conflict using professional communication skills.
• Meets Core Measure responsibilities related to patient care.

Licenses and Certification:

• Current Illinois Registered Nurse license
• Current CPR/BLS Card
• ACLS
• PALS

**Must be vaccinated to Covid 19

• PALS Certification (Required)
