Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Residential Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in direct support, caregiving, and assisting residents with activities of daily living. This role involves providing care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities and memory care needs.

Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor and record vital signs
- Ensure a clean and safe living environment for residents
- Uphold resident rights and promote independence
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Lift and transfer residents as needed
- Implement memory care techniques for residents with cognitive challenges

Qualifications:
- Experience in senior care, direct support, or caregiving roles
- Knowledge of activities of daily living (ADLs) assistance
- Ability to lift and move residents safely
- Familiarity with working with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Understanding of memory care practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.20 per hour
