The autobagger operator position is now available for an individual who is interested in learning new processes, gaining process flow efficiencies, and practicing troubleshooting skills.

ABOUT US:

We are Atlas Coffee Club, a travel-themed Coffee Subscription service that aims to showcase the world's best coffee. Recognized by Forbes, BuzzFeed, Business Insider, Esquire, Wired, USA Today, and more, we are constantly seeking exceptional team players to join our expanding team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Operate and maintain autobagging equipment.
Perform equipment changeovers between different bag sizes and products.
Identify and address ongoing equipment issues, escalating them as necessary.
Minimize equipment waste.
Meet established output and efficiency targets.
Produce bagged coffee to the highest standards.
Fulfill and ship daily orders.
Collaborate closely with the production shift lead to manage coffee requirements for production.
Maintain production and quality control logs.
Adhere to all company safety and sanitary regulations.
Clean common areas of the warehouse and fulfillment area.
Demonstrate a willingness to grow along with the company.

SKILLS

Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to effectively convey technical information.
Excellent prioritization and multitasking abilities.
Strong time management skills.
Teamwork, leadership, and motivational skills.
Proactive and forward-thinking mindset.
Passionate about delivering consistent excellence.
Proficient in using Google Suite.

EXPERIENCE:

High school diploma or equivalent (Required).
Previous experience in a general warehouse, service, or coffee industry role (Preferred).
Interest in coffee (a plus).

JOB TYPE, COMPENSATION, & BENEFITS

$1/hr increase upon acceptance of the position.

REQUIREMENTS

The physical demands of this role include bending, kneeling, squatting, reaching, pulling, and lifting objects up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
