Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of our facilities and equipment. This is a vital role in our organization, as you will play a key role in maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Duties: - Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to, repairing machinery, equipment, and electrical systems - Conduct inspections to identify potential issues or malfunctions - Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with machinery or equipment - Perform repairs or replacements of faulty components - Conduct preventative maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance - Fabricate or weld components as needed - Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs - Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks - Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in facilities maintenance or related field preferred - Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude - Proficient in reading and interpreting schematics and technical manuals - Basic electrical knowledge is a plus - Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively - Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently - Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively - Good communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to provide excellent customer service We offer competitive pay based on experience and qualifications.
