This position will be responsible for coordinating the lease administration process for the nationwide portfolio of assets. We are seeking motivated and organized applicants with excellent computer and time management skills. College degree a plus. We offer a competitive salary and a full range of benefits.

• Lease review and entry into accounting system
• Enter billing and billing adjustments as needed
• Work with operation to ensure occupancy is correct
• Maintain leasing repository
• Additional assignments and projects as needed
