Our Roofing Advisors are roofing professionals who use drone technology to diagnosis roof damage and advise homeowners on best next steps to repair or replace their roof. If a decision is made to submit a claim to the homeowners insurance provider, the Roofing Advisor will guide the homeowner through the insurance claim process until resolution. ResponsibilitiesEffectively deliver in-person sales pitch in compliance with established company procedures and standardsDocument all sales activity in database with a high degree of accuracy and correctnessMaintain up-to-date calendar, be timely to appointments and responsive to customers and co-workersAttend department meetings, keep current on sales information, products, and industry trendsDevelop rapport and build relationships with existing and potential customersTrain other sales representativesHandle escalated customer service issuesMeet or exceed sales targets
