We are seeking a highly motivated Sales BDC Agent to join our team. The Sales BDC Agent will be responsible for generating leads, following up with potential customers, and closing sales. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for sales.

Responsibilities:

- Generate leads through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media

- Follow up with potential customers to answer questions and provide additional information

- Schedule appointments for interested customers to visit our showroom

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities

- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention

Requirements

- Proven track record of successful sales experience

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office

- CRM software experience a plus

- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
