As Revelry's graphic designer, you're responsible for all aspects of our brand and visual elements. You’ll report to our Senior Director of Marketing, but work closely with our digital, marketing, and web teams to translate concepts into visual designs that communicate our brand message.

Responsibilities:

• Develop visual concepts, graphics, and layouts for digital assets including website graphics, social posts, emails, and digital ads
• Produce high quality photo retouching and color matching for all product imagery across our website
• Design and update all print materials, such as catalogs and packaging
• Ensure all designs meet the Revelry standard and align with brand guidelines
• Edit motion graphics to use in digital advertising
• Analyze and optimize creative for performance and best practices

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field (or equivalent)
• 3-5 years experience in Graphic Design, with an understanding of DTC/Ecommerce brands
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Sketch, etc.) with photo retouching skills
• Experience with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro is a bonus
• An eye for design trends to continually evolve our brand and aesthetics 
• Ability to positively take feedback and iterate
• A love for small companies and the start-up environment
• Ability and willingness to work in Austin, Texas with a hybrid work schedule
