JOB SUMMARY:

The Corporate IT Coordinator is responsible for providing support and coordination in the IT and data infrastructure areas of the organization. The position serves as a member of the DWX corporate headquarters team and supports the Corporate IT Manager in accurate, timely, and objective information and exceptional customer service to organizational users to ensure smooth and secure operations and inform organizational decision-making and business planning. The Corporate IT Coordinator delivers exceptional customer service to help the organization and stakeholders navigate issues, manage risks, and function seamlessly. The position coordinates organization-wide data and IT policies, guidelines, and procedures in coordination with the Corporate IT Manager and works collaboratively and supportively with local IT staff, MSPs, vendors, and business stakeholders. The IT Coordinator is an internal subject matter expert on critical aspects of the organizations IT, data security, and business data systems and provides guidance and support across the company. The IT Coordinator develops and delivers guidance to internal users on best practice approaches, standards, security, and regulations/compliance relating to IT and data security. The role is accountable for tracking and coordinating IT vendor relationships and fostering an environment in the area of IT and data that promotes the growth and scalability of the organization as well as exceptional internal and government partner customer service. The position works in and champions a supporting and collaborative team environment and serves in support of colleagues at HQ and across the company’s several innovation hubs. The position works out of the DWX Niceville, Florida headquarters offices and may be required to travel to innovation hub locations or off-site locations at times.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Champion the company’s core values
  • Serve as a central internal escalation point for IT challenges and opportunities
  • Assist the corporate IT department and organization in developing technology plans and strategy for the organization in the context of organizational goals
  • Analyze IT and data performance and compliance data and provide recommendations and models based on objective, informed analyses and best practices
  • Develop and promote internal company guidance on IT and data security while ensuring limited disruptions to team members and daily workflow
  • Develop and coordinate technology plans to support the growth, compliance, and sustainability of the organization
  • Manage company IT and data systems and processes at the direction of the Corporate IT Manager
  • Handle sensitive information and material with objectivity and care
  • Serve as a liaison between corporate headquarters and IT MSPs, vendors, and IT professionals responsible for supporting distributed regional worksites/hubs
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand IT requirements and effectively communicate them to MSPs and IT professionals and vendors
  • Support communications between corporate IT teams, hub personnel, and MSPs/vendors to ensure alignment of IT services with business needs
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of MSPs and technology vendors against service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs), and escalate issues as necessary
  • Coordinate and support the implementation of IT projects, upgrades, and changes across multiple hub locations in collaboration with MSPs, internal IT teams, and business area owners
  • Coordinate and track contracts, agreements, and vendor relationships with IT MSPs, including vendor sourcing and negotiation of terms and conditions
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on IT-related matters, acting as a subject matter expert and escalation point for technical issues
  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in IT service management to drive continuous improvement initiatives

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience in IT support roles with a focus on clear communication with internal users, vendor management, service delivery, and project coordination
  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, business administration, computer science, or related field or a commensurate combination of education and experience preferred
  • Advanced certifications such as MS Azure/365, Azure AD, CISSP, CCNA, CCNP strongly desired
  • Strong technical background with expertise in IT infrastructure, networking, cloud services, and cybersecurity.
  • Exceptional ability to learn and understand DWX’s business and the impact of IT and technical solutions and challenges
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and a knack for communicating IT clearly and in the context of the business to non-IT audiences
  • Positive attitude and great work ethic
  • Desire to serve, mentor, guide, and develop others and promote DWX core values and a positive working environment
  • Possess a genuine passion for advancing the DWX mission and creating a sustainable and thriving organization
  • Capability to prioritize effectively and successfully manage competing priorities and multiple concurrent projects

  • Desire to cultivate a robust and effective system of internal controls, financial planning, and accounting
  • Proficiency or the ability and drive to develop proficiency in key software relevant to business including MS Office, Sharepoint, Unanet, Smartsheet, SweetProcess, Domo, Hubspot, WordPress, BambooHR, and other business systems and software
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and drive results through collaboration and influence
  • Experience working with IT MSPs or outsourcing partners preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to travel occasionally to hub locations as needed

  • U.S. Citizenship required
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Must not have any conflicts of interest affecting DWX or its partners
  • Must handle company trade secrets, sensitive company and team information, and other proprietary information with care and discretion
  • As needed travel (up to 15%)
  • Exemplify the corporate headquarters position maturity, customer service, depth of experience, and character needed
