Westpark Pediatric Dentistry is Hiring a Front Desk Specialist Needed for Growing Pediatric Dental Office Near Richmond, TX

State of the art pediatric dental office in the Richmond/Katy area looking for an awesome Dental Receptionist team member to grow with our practice.

Responsibilities
- Greet and check-in patients in a friendly and professional manner at the front desk.
- Provide excellent customer service to patients and their families, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Utilize Open Dental software to schedule appointments, verify insurance information, and maintain patient records accurately.
- Assist with medical administrative support tasks, including managing patient files and updating medical records.
- Handle multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls and taking messages as needed.
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure smooth operations and patient flow within the office.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations when handling patient information.
- Utilize strong communication skills to interact effectively with patients, colleagues, and external contacts.
- Demonstrate proficiency in using EMR systems and medical terminology to support office functions effectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 33 – 40 per week
