Quality Inspection-1st Shift
Location: Harbor Springs, MI

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct in-process, first article, and final inspections of manufactured products/parts.
Utilize a variety of quality inspection instruments and techniques to ensure products meet customer specifications.
Maintain and improve quality systems and procedures.
Train manufacturing and quality personnel on inspection techniques.
Document inspection records and ensure compliance with customer requirements.
Maintain traceability of parts and materials.

Requirements:

Strong problem-solving skills.
Basic computer proficiency.
Ability to perform basic shop math functions.
Excellent communication skills.
Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking.

Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Desired Qualifications:

Experience with ISO 9001 and AS9100 quality systems.
Knowledge of advanced quality assurance techniques.
Previous aerospace industry experience is a plus.
