About Us: Little Miracles Inc. is a unique family owned business that opened its doors in 2006 that consists of a North Dakota State licensed Child Care Center and a fully staffed Pediatric Therapy Clinic. Offering inclusive, engaging childcare AND premier pediatric therapy sets us apart as the most comprehensive childcare provider in our region. Our children thrive in a structured environment, plenty of stimulating activities, and just plain fun! The children attending Little Miracles childcare also benefit from being surrounded by a very diverse group of children. Typically developing children grow to be very compassionate towards their differently-abled playmates, who in turn benefit from experiences shared with their developmentally-matched peers!
Pay Range: $13.00-$16.00 / hour depending on experience and part time vs full time availability.
Benefits: 50% payed health insurance, access to Alfac and dental insurance, 401K, paid time off, closed major holidays and holiday pay, 20% childcare discount, paid continuing education courses, paid CPR, AED and First Aid training, no nights or weekends, employee referral bonus and eligible for up to $600 quarterly workforce stipends.
Hours: Shifts vary from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday through Friday. No nights or weekends.
Requirements and Duties:
*Candidates must be able to pass an advanced FBI background check through the State of North Dakota.
*Completion of state required continuing education upon hire and annually alongside understanding of and adherence to state licensing regulations related to health and safety, supervision, food and nutrition, discipline, outdoor activity, etc.
* Understanding and acceptance of the unique needs of children within your care who have medical or developmental challenges and inclusion in all classroom activities including implementation of individual behavior plans as outlined by professional staff and consultants.
*Work within an early childhood classroom providing for the basic daily needs of a group of children as well as ensuring age and developmentally appropriate implementation of educational activities.
* Shared center and classroom cleaning duties.
