Description
Confidential Property Management Company is hiring an experienced, Multi-Site Maintenance Technician to join our team in Taunton, MA.
Schedule: M-F 8AM to 5PM, with rotating on-call schedule.
Compensation: $24-$26/hour, based on experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct community maintenance work and service requests.
- Conduct preventative maintenance.
- Perform on-call service requests and emergency calls as needed.
- Complete additional tasks or duties assigned by manager.
Qualifications:
- CPO & EPA Universal preferred.
- Working knowledge of appliances preferred.
- High School education or equivalent required.
- Basic computer and internet knowledge required.
