Boys Team Coach!

As a part of the Boys Team Program you would be responsible for preparing our team athletes for competitions such as: teaching and correcting routines, lesson planning for teaching and for strength, conditioning and flexibility. Must possess the ability to teach progressions and spot new skills and be a positive role model for the gymnasts at MHG. We provide ongoing education as well as the opportunity for advancement.

• Recognize that all staff have a role in customer experience
• Ability to work evenings and Saturdays!

Qualifications:

• 4 years’ experience in coaching/teaching all levels of competitive Men’s gymnastics.
• Experience in all levels of competitive gymnastics (Pre-team through Level 10).
• A willingness to teach/coach in multiple programs: gymnastics (boys, girls, trampoline, preschool, dance, adaptive and more!).
• A good knowledge base of progressions and techniques for coaching/teaching men’s gymnastics.
• Ability to adapt and change to meet the needs of the athletes and co-workers.
• Ability to work as a group with experienced coaches in an effective and collaborative way.
