To add to our team of FFP Installers, we are looking for a Custom Fabrications Installer. Our FFP Installer team is going through an incredible time of growth and development. Responsibilities:

● Collaborate with our design and fabrication teams to bring custom-built projects to life, including but not limited to pergolas, awnings, trellises, gates, louvers, and other specialty outdoor structures.

● Utilize your expertise to perform installations according to design specifications, ensuring precision and quality in every project.

● Safely operate tools, equipment, and machinery required for installations, while adhering to company and industry safety standards.

● Evaluate project sites, address any potential challenges, and make necessary adjustments to ensure a seamless installation process.

● Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates, answer questions, and ensure their complete satisfaction with the final product.

● Maintain a clean and organized work environment, both on-site and in the workshop.

● Uphold the company's reputation for excellence by delivering projects on time and upholding the highest standards of craftsmanship.

● Complete and submit all required task-related activities, and other documentation in a timely manner.

● Keep company vehicles and equipment properly serviced, clean, and in good working order.

Requirements:

● Proven experience in specialty installation, particularly in custom outdoor structures such as pergolas, awnings, and trellises.

● Proficiency in reading and interpreting design plans, blueprints, and technical drawings.

● Strong woodworking and metalworking skills, with an emphasis on precision and attention to detail.

● Excellent problem-solving abilities to overcome unexpected challenges during installations.

● Familiarity with hand and power tools, as well as other equipment necessary for specialty installation work.

● Outstanding communication skills to interact professionally with clients, team members, and supervisors.

● Physical ability to lift heavy materials, perform manual labor, and work outdoors in various weather conditions.

● Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

● Prior experience working with aluminum fabrication is a plus.
