National Home Health is looking to hire a dedicated and compassionate RN (Infusion/Medically Home) Clinical Assistant Supervisor to join our Contra Costa team.

Job Summary

• Trains and supervises agency Registered Nurses and other applicable field staff providing patient care when assigned by Clinical Supervisor.

General Accountabilities

• liaison as point of contact between MH and National for any issues arising during your shift
• dispatch to any visits in all regions requested during shift
• point of contact as resource for all nurses during your shift
• coordinate with NHH intake and MH reqt assign any existing or rquested activities during your shift
• previous home health and hospital experience required particularly wound care, venipuncture, IV insertion, use of ultrasound guided IV insertion/ blood draws, EKG, I-stats
• supervisory experience required
• problem solve for any existing or problems that arise during your shift

Job Qualifications

• Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• Minimum Experience: 5 years of RN experience, at least 1 years in leadership role
• Excellent IV infusion/Blood Draw/Peripheral line insertion skills
• Knowledge of home health regulations and best practices
• Strong clinical assessment and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
• Proficient in using electronic medical record systems and other relevant software applications
• Valid California RN License through California Board of Registered Nursing
• Valid BLS certification
