Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Instructor to join our team. Looking for an Acro/Tumbling Instructor for an established dance studio in the Lehigh Valley, this is for ages 7-18 must be able to teach Aerials, Front and Back Handsprings, Back Tucks along with Front and Back Walkovers and other Acrobatic Tricks. As an Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction.

Duties:
- Conduct classroom instruction and facilitate interactive learning activities
- Develop and implement effective lesson plans based on curriculum guidelines
- Manage classroom dynamics and promote a positive learning environment
- Conduct research to stay current with industry trends and best practices in instructional design
- Provide individualized support and mentoring to students as needed
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and improve curriculum materials

Skills:
- Strong classroom management skills to create a productive and inclusive learning environment
- Experience working with diverse student populations, including adult learners or international students
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students and colleagues
- Ability to develop engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum objectives
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple responsibilities effectively

Requirements:
- Previous experience as an instructor
- Demonstrated expertise in the subject area of instruction
- Familiarity with curriculum development processes
