• Supervise and coordinate a small team of maintenance technicians on (2 Indy locations) and off-site (GA, TX, and future warehouses)
• Plan and prioritize maintenance tasks to ensure the efficient operation of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and structural components.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to prolong the lifespan of equipment and minimize downtime.
• Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized maintenance and repair services.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment inspections, and inventory management.
• Train and mentor maintenance staff on proper maintenance procedures and safety protocols.
• Respond promptly to maintenance emergencies and coordinate emergency repairs as needed.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with other departments to support building operations and maintenance initiatives.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in building maintenance, with a focus on supervision and leadership.
• Strong technical knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Leadership abilities, with experience in supervising and motivating a team of maintenance personnel.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex maintenance issues.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in building maintenance.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in building maintenance or related field is a plus.
• Physical stamina and the ability to perform manual tasks as needed.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and respond to maintenance emergencies outside of regular business hours.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
