We are looking for a Front Desk Representative/PTA to join our team! We are a practice in Southgate looking for an MA that loves our patients as much as we do!

Day Shift! No Weekends! Lots of opportunity for growth! Minimum of 1 year experience as a Medical Assistant preferred, EPIC experience preferred.

Responsibility Summary: Responsible for operating the Call Center and front desk equipment and providing prompt and responsive communication between the practice and their customers, in a professional and courteous manner. Assist callers with inquiries, complaints, or problems. Speak with customers, listen to them to gain a better understanding of their needs, and offer possible solutions. Greets patients in a kind, helpful manner. Registers patients, verifies insurance, collect co-payments. Redirect patients when needed. Assess needs based on previous chart notes and direct calls or questions to pertinent staff. Under the direction and supervision of physical therapists, physical therapist assistants treat patients through exercise, massage, gait and balance training, and other therapeutic interventions. They record patients' progress and report the results of each treatment to the physical therapist.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 – 42 per week
