We are currently looking for our Clinical Services Manager for our Richmond, VA office. This is an outstanding opportunity for a registered nurse who wants to make a real difference and who has the entrepreneurial spirit and drive to help lead the development of an outstanding skilled nursing practice.

Essential Functions

The Clinical Services Manager (CSM) is responsible for the following:

• Providing and managing clinical oversight of skilled and non-skilled home caregivers.
• Managing our Nurse Case Manager(s).
• Managing other nurses providing infusion services.
• Ensuring that care is delivered appropriately, and the standards of quality are adhered to.

Additional responsibilities include the training, orientation and supervision of our field staff, case management, compliance, regulatory requirements and some hands-on nursing care, as well as some on call responsibility.

Candidate must be positive, proactive, passionate about seniors, and must possess a great work ethic.

Qualifications for the Position

• Bachelor's degree (Nursing degree preferred)
• Must have graduated from a National League of Nursing accredited program
• Current unrestricted RN license to practice in Virginia
• Minimum of 2 years' experience as Clinical Services Manager/ Director of Nursing and/or working within a healthcare office setting
• Minimum of 2 years' experience providing infusion services
• Home healthcare experience preferred
• Solid knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare office regulations
• Reliable transportation with insurance

Preferred Qualifications

• Peripheral IV starts/maintenance experience.
• IV Infusion Therapy Injection experience.
• Self-infusion training.
• Phlebotomy for adult and pediatric patients.
• CVAD experience & knowledge.
• Advanced Nursing Certifications (CRNI, OCN preferred).

Compensation Package Includes

• Starting annual salary range of $90,000 to $115,000
