About Us

Heath Outdoor began as a typical small landscape company, providing mowing, property cleanups and mulch installation in 2009. We had a few temporary employees and only did small jobs and routine maintenance. Today, we have a diverse team that provides many outdoor services, a garden center and provides employment for over 90 people. We design, construct and maintain commercial properties, backyard patios, recreation ponds and many things in between.

Description

Join our team as an integral member handling accounts receivable (AR) responsibilities in the dynamic landscape industry. Working closely with our Controller, you'll be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with vendors, efficiently managing financial records, and ensuring timely collection efforts.

Your role will involve identifying and communicating with vendors and customers about overdue accounts through various channels, such as email, mail, or telephone. You'll play a vital role in processing payments, updating accounts, and preparing statements for the credit department if necessary. Additionally, you'll use internal software systems to monitor accounts and take appropriate actions.

As a key liaison between Heath Outdoor, LLC and its clients, you'll address customer inquiries, proactively find solutions to account issues, and work collaboratively to establish repayment plans when needed. Responsibilities:

As an Accounts Receivable candidate at Heath Outdoor, LLC, your responsibilities will include:

Accounts Receivable:

• Customer Communication: Communicate with customers via email, mail, or phone regarding overdue accounts and facilitate prompt payments.
• Payment Processing: Receive and process customer payments, ensuring accurate posting to individual accounts.
• Credit Management: Prepare and send statements to the credit department if customers fail to respond, and take appropriate actions to mitigate risks.
• Collections: Monitor accounts using internal software systems, and initiate collection efforts, including repossession proceedings or service disconnection as necessary.
• Debt Management: Work with customers to establish repayment plans based on their financial situations, fostering positive relationships.
