Test microwave circuit modules in accordance with established test instructions and product travelers. Perform aging and other conditioning processes on these products. Record test data on test data sheets and review test data with engineers and technicians as applicable. Perform product rework, inspection, and assembly as directed.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Set up, calibrate, and operate a variety of test equipment and test sets for the testing of microwave circuit modules, using established test instructions and product travelers.
• Install microwave circuit modules for aging and other conditioning processes on applicable equipment. Perform minor troubleshooting and maintenance of the equipment as directed.
• Record production and test data on travelers, forms, and test data sheets. Review any nonconformance with engineers and technicians as applicable. Maintain accurate, detailed records of all performed production and test processes.
• Compile test data as required for trend analysis.
• Perform product rework steps, as directed

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform additional production duties, including but not limited to inspection and assembly as directed.
• Perform other tasks as directed by the supervisor or supervisor’s delegates.

• Job requires stretching and bending to load machines and set up equipment.
• Must have a high level of detail and good organization skills.
• Must have good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must have good vision and color acuity to distinguish good product from nonconforming product.
• Must be able to work extended hours based on production requirements.
• Must be able to learn how to operate electronic test equipment.
• Must be able to understand and execute complex written and oral instructions.
• Must be able to maintain work area with a high level of cleanliness.
• Must understand and be able to execute electrostatic discharge (ESD) prevention techinques.
• Must be able to pass solder training if soldering will be required.
