Join our team as a Project Coordinator where you'll be at the heart of ensuring the success of Capital, Engineering, Technology, Manufacturing, and Support projects. You'll play a hands-on role in document control and revision. From process improvements to implementing new equipment or systems, you'll be involved in a variety of projects aimed at enhancing our operations and capabilities. Focusing on these tasks will prepare you for more significant responsibilities in higher level roles on the team.
Hours: Mon – Fri 8:00 am – 4:30 pm
What you’ll do:
1. Help with updating and revision controlling work instructions, quality requirements, and other technical documents.
2. Develop and improve; document workflows, document archives, document naming conventions, and other systems.
3. Support audits and implement improvement projects.
4. Become the go to person for finding digital documentation within the system and eventually train others on it.
What you’ll bring:
1. Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
2. Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office
3. Strong written and oral communication skills
4. Ability to multi-task, troubleshoot, and problem-solve
5. 2 years of experience working in a manufacturing/production environment
Compensation: $27.02-39.18 per hour
