FOH Supervisor for Corporate Coffee Shop

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Supervise and lead a team of baristas, ensuring they adhere to company standards and provide exceptional customer service.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the front of house, including opening and closing duties, ordering and inventory management.
• Train new employees on company policies, procedures, and coffee preparation techniques.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
• Assist with scheduling, performance evaluations, and other administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 year lead/supervisor experience in a coffee shop or similar environment.
• Proficiency in espresso preparation and other coffee brewing techniques.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent hospitality skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize and delegate tasks.
• Flexibility to work opening and closing shifts.
