Title : Warehouse Supervisor

FLSA : Exempt

Purpose :

The Warehouse Supervisor oversees all warehouse operations as a hands-on leader, serving and motivating warehouse employees, leading by example, fostering Tiffin’s core values and a positive team-building atmosphere.

The warehouse supervisor will supervise and continuously improve all inbound, outbound, and internal inventory movement.

Responsibilities / Essential Duties :

• Overseeing receiving, picking, and shipping of products to be distributed to internal and external customers
• Assigning workloads and daily tasks to warehouse associates
• Communicating with internal and external customers to answer shipping and receiving questions as well as troubleshooting issues
• Monitoring inventory and shipment transactions for accuracy
• Ensuring inventory and storage areas are clean and maintained
• Monitoring warehouse associates to ensure safety procedures are being followed when operating forklifts and other machinery

Requirements :

• Ability to work individually and on teams
• Great written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of labor legislation
• Lift and / or pull up to 25 pounds
• Work in a fast pace repetitive environment-climbing, walking, twisting, etc.
• Willing to adhere to all safety guidelines and standards
• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and make deadlines
• Demonstrates good judgment; approachable and professional; solid problem solving skills; ability to handle multiple tasks;

self-motivated; well organized; and perform all job duties
