• No need to drive all over town for classes—our service meets our dancers where they are.

Assistant Manager Position at Tippi Toes South Bay San Diego:

• Support the General Manager in leading and managing the day-to-day operations of Tippi Toes South Bay San Diego.
• Assist in overseeing and supporting a team of enthusiastic Dance Instructors.
• Ensure the smooth execution of the dance curriculum with set choreography (No choreography creation involved in this position).
• Explore opportunities for new locations to contribute to revenue growth.
• Manage social media postings and stories on Instagram.

Location & Schedule:

• Tippi Toes serves daycares and schools throughout South Bay San Diego (Chula Vista and Coronado).

Compensation:

• $18 per hour
• Bonus opportunities: Based on adding new classes.

Qualifications:

• Previous management experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in business degree or related field preferred.
• Must have a current driver’s license and access to a car.
• Background check required.

Responsibilities:

• Teaching: Learn dance curriculum and lead 1 class per week.
• Enrollment & Promotion: Facilitate easy enrollment processes and promote Tippi Toes programs.
• Scheduling: Manage teacher schedules and coordinate classes.
• Liaison Work: Act as a bridge between School Directors, teachers, Franchise Owner, and General Manager.
• Sales and Marketing: Regularly add new schools and locations, and manage social media pages.
• Quality Assurance: Assist General Manager with observing classes and upholding Tippi Toes standards and guidelines.
