Sheldon Cleaners is a family owned business with over 75 years of service in the West Michigan area. We are looking to hire a friendly and dependable Route Delivery Driver.
Responsibilities for the Route and Delivery Driver include:
- Safe, Friendly, Reliable and Professional
- Pickup and deliver customer orders with efficiency and accuracy
- Record pick-ups and deliveries
- Provide world class customer service to our customers
- Maintain delivery vehicle
Job Specifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Clean Driving Record
- Able to keep accurate records
- Able to lift and carry 50 lbs
- Able to walk up and down stairs
- Have familiarity with route service area
- Work day is completed once all scheduled stops are done
- Delivery and/or Driving Experience preferred
- Experience driving a Cargo van or light duty truck preferred
**HOURS AND COMPENSATION**
$14-$15 per hour with stepped up raises every 90 days until cap is achieved
$500 annual sign-on bonus in the first year with a portion paid out quarterly
Opportunity for advancement and pay increases with formal training and development
Full-time ranges from 30-40 hours per week with routes launching between 8-8:30 am and typical completion time between 2 and 4pm.
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday workweek with no weekends and no Wednesday route
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
