Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Dispensary Manager to join our team. As a Dispensary Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cannabis dispensary. This includes managing a team of employees, ensuring compliance with regulations, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales. Responsibilities: - Manage and lead a team of dispensary staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling - Ensure compliance with all state and local regulations governing the operation of a cannabis dispensary - Develop and implement standard operating procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations - Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure adequate stock - Oversee cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy in cash register transactions - Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with product selection and answering any questions or concerns - Conduct sales transactions and maintain accurate records of sales - Train staff on product knowledge, customer service skills, and sales techniques - Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and increase customer loyalty - Maintain a clean and organized dispensary environment Qualifications: - Previous experience in a management role, preferably in the cannabis industry or retail environment - Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team - Knowledge of retail math and cash handling procedures - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in using point-of-sale systems and other software applications - Experience in training development and conducting interviews is preferred - Bilingual language skills are a plus - Knowledge of cannabis products, strains, and consumption methods is preferred If you are looking for an exciting opportunity to work in the cannabis industry as a Dispensary Manager, we encourage you to apply.
