Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Dental Assistant to join our team. As a Dental Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing quality dental care to our patients. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the dentist during dental procedures, ensuring the comfort and safety of patients
- Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing and arranging dental instruments
- Take and develop dental radiographs (x-rays)
- Perform dental charting, record medical histories, and update patient records
- Provide post-operative instructions to patients
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices
- Maintain inventory of dental supplies and equipment
- Follow infection control protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Completion of an accredited Dental Assistant program preferred
- X-Ray certification required
- Knowledge of infection control protocols and HIPAA regulations
- Proficiency in using dental software systems such as Epic, Eaglesoft, or CAD
- Familiarity with medical imaging and terminology
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
