QUALITY SUITES is Hiring a Front Desk Agent Near Morristown, TN

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check-in and check-out guests using the hotel's reservation system
- Answer phone calls and provide information to guests or transfer calls to the appropriate department
- Handle guest complaints or concerns and escalate to management if necessary
- Assist with guest inquiries and provide recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and services
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area

Skills:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using phone systems and computer software, including reservation systems
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling guest information and financial transactions
- Problem-solving skills to effectively resolve guest issues or complaints
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Note: Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.
