Down to Earth Dental is a privately-owned dental office with two locations in Tacoma. We’re looking for a patient-focused dental professional to join our Northeast Tacoma front office team. This job is responsible for answering phones, scheduling appointments, checking patients in and out, handling payments, presenting treatment plans and providing administrative support. The is a full time position. Must be detail oriented and able to multi task.

Looking for someone who is willing to work hard, has an excellent work ethic and loves what they do! The perfect candidate will also be personable, genuine and have a desire to help patients and the team to achieve excellence.

Base pay is $20-$30 per hour, depending on experience. Additional benefits include monthly bonus, up to 19 paid days off per year, health insurance, free dental and 401(k) retirement plan with 100% employer match.

We require at least 1 year of dental front office experience

Dentrix experience preferred

Solid communication skills and Excellent customer service skills a MUST
