Responsibilities include:

· Develop affective shipping schedules and make certain resources are in place

· Ensure on-time delivery of products to customers

· Supervisor the drivers and be a role model for positive attitude and work ethic

· Ensure compliance to Department of Transportation regulations

· Advocate for safety initiatives and promote a safety-first workplace

· Drive preventative maintenance on fleet and keep all vehicles in good working order

· Maintain freight records, employee records, mileage records, maintenance records, etc.

· Foster our culture of employee appreciation

Requirements include:

· Excellent communication skills

· Exceptional relationship building skills

· Experience Supervising others and managing shipping

· Experience working in transportation, distribution, fleet management, warehousing and/or logistics

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,923.56 - $55,000.00 per year
