We just moved into a new 85,000 square foot facility in Troy with a great shop environment! AC, freshly painted, high tech, millions in machines and tools, new lighting...this is NOT your typical shop experience!

We are looking for positive, motivated, reliable, and hard-working individuals to join our Fabrication team building all types of signage (channel letters, cabinets, pans, post and panels, etc.). We need Welders, Fabricators, Painters, and Assemblers!

REQUIREMENTS:

• Work a consistent schedule of 7:30-4:00
• Able to use hand/power tools and tape measure
• Must be mechanically inclined
• Willing to do a diversity of tasks in the shop and out
• Willing to work additonal hours when needed to complete a job
• Previous Sign Industry Experience (preferred but not required)
• Physical ability to climb a ladder while lifting signs, reach and/or lift items from shelves (including upper shelves)
• · Able to lift 50-60 lbs.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

• Prep daily for future scheduled jobs
• Produce a quality product that satisfies the customer’s quality, delivery, and cost expectations
• Work with other employees to find and solve problems
• Reading and comprehending design proofs and/or structural designs
• Use of various cutting tools to cut the stock to size
