Job Summary:
SKAPS Industries, in Athens, Georgia, is seeking cordial and professional Account Customer Service Representatives to join our team!

Company Background:
SKAPS Industries is one of the leading manufacturers of non-woven and woven textile fabrics used in environmental & civil engineering applications such as erosion control, drainage, filtration, and stabilization in the construction field.

Responsibilities and Duties:
The candidate’s primary responsibilities for the position are as follows:

• Accurately enters and processes orders that are received verbally or electronically in a timely fashion.
• Communicates with clients with information regarding to a pertaining order: Delivery Requirements, Product Load-ability, Inventory Availability, Administrative Support, and etc.
• Assists clients with various product styles, product requirements, customer issues and/or complaints.
• Proactively involved in “completing the cycle” from initiating processing of a purchase order until the time the material is delivered to the end-user.
• Acts as a communication bridge between the client and internal departments such as: Production, Quality, Logistics, and Accounting.
• Works, independently or collectively, on special short-term product trials/projects to offer customized client support.
• Monitor and continue to improve customer satisfaction levels in areas, if necessary.

Qualifications and Skills:

• High School Diploma Required (College Degree is preferred)
• STRONG MATHEMATICAL (WITH OR WITHOUT CALCULATOR) IS REQUIRED.
• Able to work 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Monday through Friday)
• Experience: 1-3 Years of Customer Service/Administrative Experience
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, & etc.)
• Proficient with Computational Work, Data Entry, Typing Skills, and etc.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a face-paced environment
• Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Able to work independently or in small groups
• Willing to go above and beyond in quality of work
