Canvasser - Residential Solar Storage Programs

Electriq Power offers homeowners complete, clean, affordable, and reliable energy with Solar Power and Smart Home Backup Battery. Homeowners have zero up-front cost, no more worrying about electricity price increases and offers them peace of mind because renewable energy stays on even when the grid goes down!

Primary Responsibilities:

• Door knocking throughout the week to self-generate leads and set appointments in assigned residential communities. No selling required. 
• Educate homeowners on how our programs improve sustainability, resiliency and provide affordable solar and storage at zero upfront cost and backed by their local community. It is a solution designed to meet their electricity needs and improve their sustainable lifestyle.
• Provide administrative support to the Sales Managers (i.e., collect utility bills from homeowners, making follow up calls and sending follow-up emails to customers, reviewing completed sales documentation, data entry in CRM, etc.)
• Collaborate with the sales team to prioritize leads and optimize outreach strategies.
• Flexible schedule Monday - Friday with weekends and evenings as needed.
• Flexible start times.

Hourly Rate, Uncapped Bonuses & Growth Opportunities:

We offer $20.00 per/hr plus uncapped bonus pay

• Flexible Schedule - Monday - Friday with weekends and evenings as needed

• Qualifications:

• Passion for the Renewable Energy space
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) preferred
• Strong organizational, time management and follow-up skills 
• Build and increase relationships within diverse communities
• Participate in door-to-door outreach; as well as in local community events as scheduled
• Previous canvassing or sales experience is a plus but not required
• Enjoy working outdoors at events and in residential neighborhoods
• Valid state driver’s license and reliable transportation is required

• Education/Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED
