The firm is currently seeking an administrative assistant. We are seeking a full time employee. The position is an in-office position located in Memphis. Pay will be commensurate with experience. The core responsibilities of this position will include preparing court pleadings such as suits, default judgments, discovery, and various motions and orders, uploading documents to the various electronic courts, and assisting attorneys as needed. Applicants should be self-motivated with strong interpersonal, problem-solving, organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications:

· Professional demeanor, with a record of dependability and attention to detail is essential

· Proven ability to overcome obstacles and obtain results

· Ability to thrive in a fast paced, high-volume environment

· Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel is a plus

· Ability to prioritize workload

· Ability to multitask

· Must have time management skills with the proven ability to work in a deadline-driven environment
